The meeting was opened at 7:05 by President Mike Foster.The pledge of allegiance to the flag was said The minutes of the Aug. Meeting were distributed, read and accepted as presented.
Treasurers report by Debbie Layne. The expenses for PIP were $100 for the port-a-potty, $218.83 for the purchase of 2 canopies,$ 135.61 for table and chair rental, $126.22 for lighting, $66.00 for postage, $36.00 for mums for raffle and $500 for the band, for a total of $1,180.66 expenditures.
The funds taken in were $2987 with another $300 as yet to be collected from the silent auction bids. She will have an up to date statement of our accounts next month.
