     City rabies tag= $4 spayed/neutered pet;

• Blessing of the Animals
     Pastor Teresa Danley, St. John's Episcopal Church, will give individual
      blessings to dogs and cats. FREE St. Francis medal to all animals
      blessed.

      Dr. Daniel Smith, Animal Hospital of Washington, will answer your
      questions about dog and cat health, nutrition and behavior.
