Pre-Applicant deadline is Friday, July 22 for HUD loan program

 

The HUD Emergency Homeowners' Loan Program (EHLP) is designed to provide mortgage payment relief to eligible homeowners experiencing a drop in income of at least 15% directly resulting from involuntary unemployment or underemployment due to adverse economic conditions and/or a medical emergency.

 

Go to http://portal.hud.gov/hudportal/HUD?src=/program_offices/housing/sfh/hcc/ehlp/ehlphome to get all the information you need to submit a pre-application.

 

Important: You must complete and submit the pre-application by Friday, July 22 to be eligible for the EHLP financial assistance.
