Changes to Trash/Recycling Schedule Week of Jan 16, 2012
The trash/recycling collection schedule will be adjusted to accommodate the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day observance on Monday, January 16, 2012.
Residents who normally have their trash and/or recycling collected on Monday and Thursday will have their trash and/or recycling collected on Tuesday, January 17th and Thursday, January 19th.
Residents who normally have their trash and/or recycling collected on Tuesday and Friday will have their trash and/or recycling collected on Wednesday, January 18th and Friday, January 20th.
Yard waste will be collected monthly from the yard waste alley Dumpsters on the same week as the bulk pick-up. Weekly collection of yard waste for roll carts has been discontinued during the winter months. Weekly roll cart yard waste collection will resume March 7, 2012. Residents should report service requests by calling CSB at (314) 622-3400, tweeting @stlcsb, or entering the request online.
For convenient reference, the Holiday Trash Pickup Schedule is posted on the Refuse Division website at http://stlouis.missouri.org/citygov/refuse/, where residents can also find answers to questions about remodeling and renovation, illegal dumping and businesses, bulky and B.O.A.T. (Batteries, Oil, Appliances, Tires) items, yard waste and Christmas trees, and recycling.
