Weatherization Assistance Weatherization Services& Energy Savings
The Weatherization Assistance program provides a range of residential
improvement services to reduce energy costs, increase safety and provide an increased quality of life for low-income residents of St. Louis City. Licensed contractors perform and complete authorized work for residents. The Weatherization Assistance Program services may include: -
Wall and Ceiling Insulation

Plugging Air Leaks with Caulking

Installing Weather Stripping

Dryer Venting
-
Glazing and Repairing Windows and Doors

Performing Minor Duct Repair

Hot Water Tank Repair
-
Furnace Repair or Replacement

Central Air Repair or Window Unit Replacement
Eligibility -
The Urban League provides weatherization assistance to low income homeowners and tenants residing in St. Louis City.

The Urban League emphasizes service to elderly persons living on a fixed income.

There is no cost to qualified homeowners or renters for weatherization services.
