Updated Strategic Plan–six month review & planning process — August
2 Parties in the Park — May and June
Movies in the Park — June and September
LinFest 2011 — October
Moved to Lindenwood Park

 Repeat Community Building activities of 2011 – 2 Concerts in the Park,
2 Movies in the Park, Trivia Night, and LinFest 2012
 Continue the Park Improvement Plan
 Continue to build Block Captain Program
 Begin and implement the Lindenwood Park Community Garden project
 Promote Lindenwood Park – signage, media branding, restaurant guides
 Undertake Networking Opportunities — promote happy hours for local business/
restaurants in the neighborhood
 Enhance Organizational Capacity — increase LPNA membership, establish a
board succession plan, maintain the financial strength of the organization
